Starter Membership Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Starter Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 1Commerce.com ("Platform") and the Member ("You" or "Member"). By subscribing to the Starter tier, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Membership Benefits

As a Starter member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

• Basic company profile listing on the 1Commerce platform
• Access to the global trade directory
• Up to 10 product listings
• Basic analytics and reporting
• Email support during business hours
• Access to educational resources and webinars

3. Membership Term

The Starter membership is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. The membership term begins on the date of successful payment and continues for the selected period unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Membership fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

5. Member Obligations

As a Starter member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Adhere to the 1Commerce Code of Ethics
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Starter membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

1Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or membership benefits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership in the preceding 12 months.

8. Modifications to Agreement

1Commerce reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
